I'm new to this forum so apologies if this has already been asked... Will there ever be Brian solo DVDs released? The Brixton gig with a remastered picture (but not cropped to 16:9 or transferred to film!) and a 5.1 remix would be great! And multi-angles please like a Shelley Preston-cam!!! Also he could issue a compilation of appearences, eg the Richard Digance stuff, and put on a few songs from here and there that wouldn't appear as a full gig release e.g. the Albert Hall gig that was videoed. What does everyone think?

I sent such a request to Brian some weeks ago but got no reply :-( I guess that's because I forgot to praise his musical. Brixton 5.1 DTS would be a dream coming true.

Maybe DVD from Royal Albert Hall in 25.X.1998?

I heard that the Royal Albert Hall video didn't come out well, I mean the audience was a bit calm, the band wasn't in the best shape etc.

Well I was there that night and I'd agree with Mr Scully. Also the Albert Hall wasn't completely sold out which maybe didn't do anything for the vibe. If you listen to the bootleg you can tell, I think, that he wanted to say something about Cozy Powell straight after Since You've Been Gone but kind of forgot til it was too late. Don't get me wrong I enjoyed the gig but maybe the venue was just too big. Brixton was much better. And Neil Murray's bass solo was BORING!!! Ha Ha There were however tons of cameras around to video it well (although curiously no feed to any screens) FYI: there were notices up saying "We're filming tonight you must agree to appearing in it blah blah" and it had the official DoRo logo on it. If I'd of been brave I should have taken one off the wall to keep - probably quite collectable. Unless of course our Webmaster actually has one already???!!!

Yes, I like Neil but his solo was totally unnecessary and very boring. LOL about the flyer :) No, I don't have any and I doubt if they're any collectable - but I'd like to have one anyway :-)
