About stage in the live at wembley stadium (1986)

Posted on 10.11.2006 17:03:33
Hello, I'm an italian girl, I study interior design and I need some informations about the queen concert at Wembley Stadium in 1986. I have necessary to know somethings about the stage in that wonderful concert, the technology, and expecially something about the show designers who planned the event.
I didn't find any materials about show design in queen's concert. Can somebody tell me where I can find some interesting informations for my research?
I promise to show you the results of my work.
Valentina

P.S. Sorry for my bad english!

Hi Valens

Ratty told me in 1982 that at that time they were using a company based on the west coast of the US called M2 Research to design their rigs. How long after this date they continued to use them I don't know but they originally commissioned them to design for them because this company worked at the forefront of technology/stage lighting rigs at this time. I suggest you contact this company (they still exist) and see if someone can help you there, altho' it was a very long time ago and the company has shifted with the times in terms of product they offer.+
