Mustache

God, haven't been in here for quite a while..probably a good thing due to my retarded questions and absolute lack of concert knowledge compared to you guys. Aside from that, here is another dumb question probably easily awnsered with a little research on my part...but I'm lazy. Intrested if anybody knows the first show that Freddie unveiled his new look (short hair masquline mustache). Was it taped or was it between tours?...well...if things ever get slow with the boards in here maybe somebody can help. Later guys.

	It was definitely somewhere bewtween late 1979 and early 1980, for the new decade Freddie wanted a new image.

	i have 1 or 2 recordings of concerts where he asked the crowd about his moustache, they cheer and seem to like his new look.. one of the concerts is, Hartford, USA 20.08.1980, unfortunately, all songs are in mp3 format, but i am about to get into lossless recordings :) i'd be happy to try and upload the mp3s to rapidshare.com of megaupload.com, but i havent done an upload before ~Pred.

freddie unveiled his new image a few shows into the game tour right after the los angeles shows until then he had no mustache but he wore a shirt at times or at times the tie but in the ebeggining of the game tour hee tried to uphold the crazy little thing called love image. so the mustache and the short hair were a bit later in the game tour 1980. 1979 to quote on the reply above he did not have it in the late 1979 i mean the kampuchea show was being done he did not have it there and it was december so there is your answer.
