Get Your Bootlegs Remastered For Free!!!!!!!!!!!

Posted on 04.05.2006 16:35:22
Hi ! My Name Is Jack Death the owner of Rockconcerts Remastered!

And I would like to tell you how you can get your Bootleg recording's Remastered Basically for Free!. Yes that's right I said "Free" here 's how it works. You send me your shows (prefer the most youngest copy or master) that you want Remastered. (No Limit) And I will provide you with a Totally new show, better than it has ever sounded. And send you back your master's as well if needed. Which you wont need them after I am finished. The only catch to this offer is I get to keep a copy of the finished product. That's It! Now to explain a little of what I do. I have invested about $5000 in my studio equipment and programs so that I can preserve my own collection of Boots that I have recorded and acquired over a period of 25 years. This is not done on a cheap computer program of any sort. This is all done on professional equipment and programs. Not as extensive as a Recording Company studio (Not that Rich) But the next best thing.

Procedures that will take place:
I will listen to whole show for any imperfections and correct about 98% or more depending on severity of the source.
I will remove Pops and clicks from dust and vinyl imperfections from record needles at 99% or more
I will remove radio frequency imperfections the best that I can. Mostly 85% and up depending how deep the inlay is of distortion.
I will blend all tracks together without a flaw and tracks will be labeled
I will at my discretion, unless otherwise stated, will remove long audience pauses (usually if more than 30 seconds)
I will remove destroyed sound waves if they cannot be repaired (If I can clone the sound, I will fix it) 99% or more
I will fix skips and blank spots within the source 99% or more
I will expand The frequencies within the recording, Giving your show a much more crisp and clean dynamic sound (Bass, Mids and Highs will be adjusted outside and inside the spectrum)
I will isolate all frequencies and increase or decrease the dynamics when needed to provide more depth in the recording.(You will notice a dramatic improvement)
I will add frequencies and or boost what is needed if source lacks or is missing the needed frequencies to provide recording of all instruments in effect. ( example; if your show is missing all the Bass Freq., I will fix that)
And I do much much more if needed (To long to list)
But I assure you will! Be more than satisfied with the end result. This does take a lot of hard work and a lot of time. I take pride in my work and I want everyone to be completely satisfied! I do have a few requirements upon sending me shows.

*****Please provide me a list of what shows you want to send to be Remastered, The reason for this is that If I already have the show, You will need to provide me with blank CD-Rs (High quality only please) and $3 per show that I already have. This is just to cover the cost of my extra time to burn shows that I already have. If your copy of the show in question is a better quality than what I already have ( I will listen to show anyways to check, that's what the $3 is for) If so I will refund your money for each show that I do obtain a fresh copy from.

Now this is all done by the honor system ok. You have nothing to lose really and all to gain. I have a few testimonials to back up my work. I have also done a couple of shows from the Webmaster of this site. As well as everyone's favorite person BigNate of acdc-bootlegs.com which I had the pleasure to do some of his shows. And he is still sending me work. So you better get in line now cause its first come first serve!!!!!!!

Hope to see you in the pits Soon!!!!!!!!!!

Interesting, realy, but I collect stuff with hiss and other bad thinks and some from original labels (just to compare)

Posted on 04.05.2006 17:35:29
Very interesting.

Maybe you can upload a 'remastered' sample of a bootleg and the 'normal' sample? Just for comparing?

Very interesting, you might expect a mail from me :)
As Rickie said, would be nice to hear a sample of your work so we can compare.

I hope I get the remastered CD's within a few days and then I'll compare and let you know what I think.

Which bootlegs did you let remaster?

Posted on 05.05.2006 19:52:41
Great, it would be nice to hear. I have a recording from a tape in very bad quality, low gen and loads of hiss. Is removing hiss a big problem?

Hi Guys,
Sorry I have not checked in awhile. Been busy remastering shows. My email is in my ad at the bottom. Go ahead and email me on what you want done. And to answer your questions. I dont do uploads. Th reason being is. Its in a 44.1 mhz thats a wave file. It would be to large to send my email. And I wont do that is because I would have to degrade the sample to MP3 or some other compression. And that defeats the whole purpose. You really dont have anything to lose. Send me your worst show (Check with me first to see If I already have it) and I will see what I can do for you. And Im sure you will be happy with the end result. I will make your bootleg show sound as good as it could get. Hissing is normlly not a problem, I can get rid of most of it. Depending on how embedded it is in the highs without losing dynamics. But about 90% or more. Byt anyway drop me a line. I have tons of testimonials from continuing clients. Hell I got a guy in England wants to pay me $10 a show to do his collection at top priority. (lol) Just might take it, so get in line quick. First come, First Serve.
Thanks for the replies
Jack Death

Oh yeah! Forgot to mention. Martin Your remasters went out saturday, You should get them within the week, I sent Air postal. I love the Paul McCartney show and SAS Band. And to let everyone Know do more than Just Queen!. And I do have a trading list if anyone wants to see. Martin Has one i bellieve. I give him permission to distribute it if needed. I do a 2 to 1 ratio on my remasters. 1 remaster show for 2 Standard shows.
Thanks Again.
And Martin Let me know if anything is F**ked up on the Shows!

Hello all,

It's been awhile since I've posted (busy with law school), but it's good to stop in again. I hope Martin and the rest of you are all doing well.

I just had to drop a quick post to let you know that Jack's been doing a ton of my shows. So far, I've had about 30 gigs done by him, and he does GREAT work. I've been collecting for many years, and have hundreds of shows. Some of those Jack re-tooled were very choppy audience recordings. After he was finished, even the worst shows were listenable (and you would all be AMAZED by what he did to my Houston 1977...).

So, if you've got great stuff, from any good band, give Jack a try. You will not be disappointed!

Ryan
