hey on 'Video Hits 2' DVD, is anyones elses "A Kind Of Magic" video wrong? for example, on my DVD the video is almost as if they haven't produced the cut off wide screen version properly, i.e. on the majority of the other videos they've just added black lines across the top and bottom to make it look like a widescreen video, when infact they've just cut off an inch at the top and bottom of the video. whereas on the AKOM video, they appear to have squashed it down, so everything in the video is stretched sidewards. anyone else get this??

Yes - same problem! have to switch to 4:3-format on TV to see the AKOM video unstretched. DVD: Printed in EU UK: 4909839

I don't remember exactly but a couple of videos are indeed in 4:3 while most are widescreen. It's pain in ass for everybody because I have a 4:3 TV so I'm (unlike you) unhappy about the widescreen videos :-) I don't know why they released it this way.

Maybe coz they didnt want to cut off some of the video but felt the need to still make it appear in widescreen format? though, some videos, like radio ga ga, and i think one vision, they mix it abit and fade between 4:3 and widescreen using black boxes at the side of the screen as well (the bit where it goes super widescreen with the handclaps, and then cuts to freddie saying "someone still loves you...")
