Does anybody have an uncut show of Live in Rio that includes Freddie being booed for coming out on stage dressed like he did in the video "I want to Break Free"? I don't even know if it exists (that recording)...I'm sure I could find out if I weren't so lazy but I work two jobs and can only devote 1-2 hours a day to Queen unfortuanatly. I don't have a whole lot of Queen stuff (a Wembley ticket soon)...anyways...forget anything I've said...does a recording exist anybody?

Few people have full video but quality isn't excellent (compare to official incomplete release from both nights).a As we talk about Rio '85. Can someone confrm this information that Iron Maiden gig was also filmed on first night in Rio? I saw in some collectors this stuff but propably must to talk with my playmate. I supposed that only Queen concerts ws filmed but I was wrong ;)

I see the Iron Maiden video on ebay every day. Uncut Rio 1985 is not rate at all - but you will be disappointed, the reaction of the audience was not "extreme" or anything like that. Just a few Iron Maiden fans were throwing something on stage, thinking that a rock star like Freddie shouldn't wear fake boobs... but the rest of the audience didn't mind :)

I talked to a woman who has been to the 4 Queen concerts in Brazil (both SP'81 nights and both Rio'85 nights), and she told me the press said that "the crowd" didn't like it and "stoned" the band, but the truth is that a very small group booed Freddie and threw a couple of things (stones? bottles?) on the stage, but nothing else. Mr. Scully: 'but you will be disappointed, the reaction of the audience was not "extreme" or anything like that' Well, dunno about the topic starter, but I'm no disappointed at all. Actually I was quite ashamed because "the people from my country" had "stoned" Freddie. :-P
