A QUESRTION ABOUT FREDDIE'S STAGE CLOTHES

Posted on 01.09.2003 04:31:07
I THINK THE INSTRUMENTS SECTION IS GREAT! BUT WHAT ABOUT A SECTION FOCUSED ON QUEEN'S STAGE CLOTHES THROUGH THE YEARS? ALSO I HAVE A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS:
1-IN THE BACK SLEEVE OF QUEEN'S FIRST ALBUM SOMEONE IS WEARING A BIRD'S BEAK, IS IT BRIAN OR FREDDIE?
2.-I'VE SEEN ONE OF FREEDDIES EARLY COSTUMES WHICH IS SOMETHING LIKE A BLACK CAPE WITH WHITE LAPELS I THINK IT APPEARS IN ONE OF THE LIVE KILLERS ALBUM CENTERFOLD POSTER AND ALSO IN A TOUR POSTER FROM THE FIRST RAINBOW VENUE IN 1974, DOES ANYBODY HAVE MORE PICTURES OF THIS PARTICULAR DISGUISE?
LAST QUESTION (SORRY) I KNOW THERE'S A SEVEN SEAS OF RHYE BLACK AND WHITE VIDEO FROM THE TOP OF THE POPS, WHY QUEEN PRODUCTIONS DIDN'T ASK THE VIDEO TO FANS OR TO TOTP TO INCLUDE IT ON THE DVD OF QUEEN GREATEST VIDEO HITS?
0NE MORE!
I WANT TO KNOW IF THE SONG SEVEN SEAS OF RHYE THAT APPEARS ON THE XMAS 75 CONCERTS SOUNDBOARD RECORDING WAS ALSO FILMED AND IF SO, WHY IT'S NOT INCLUDED ON THE VIDEO VERSION THAS HAS BEEN AROUND FOR SOME YEARS?
THANKS FOR BEING PATIENTS!

I have just the answer for your first question :
It's Brian. I'm sure !

Thanks for the suggestion, a section about the band's clothes would be probably interesting too. I will think about it in the future.

As for Seven Seas Of Rhye on TOTP, it was a colour video, black & white is only the bad x-th generation copy that we have. As far as I know, Queen don't have any better copy, it was deleted from the BBC archives.

Seven Seas Of Rhye from Xmas 75 - yes, it was recorded (together with See What A Fool I've Been too) but it was not broadcasted so the quality of the bootleg version is lower.

Once my ears stop ringing from your yelling I could answer your questions =-)
